Possible CPVC Plumbing Leak Class Action
Posted on: 2011-03-14
I am looking for fellow homeowners who have CPVC plumbing and have experienced leaks in their homes. We own a Shea home constructed approximately 10 years ago and have had three leaks. We learned that there were some faulty parts used and are looking to form a group of homeowners to look into a possible class action suit for monetary recovery. Please contact me via email if you have had a similar problem at cpvcleaks@yahoo.com.
